Tuition Refund Policy

For certificate programs four months in duration or shorter, students may receive a full refund of tuition paid if a request to be withdrawn from the certificate program is received within 7 calendar days of the program start date. 


For certificate programs five months in duration or longer, students may receive a full refund of tuition paid if a request to be withdrawn from the certificate program is received within 14 calendar days of the program start date. 


No partial refunds will be granted after the dates outlined above. 


Refunds are processed automatically for those who withdraw or are dismissed. Withdrawals may be communicated by students in any manner; however, Quantic School of Business and Technology strongly recommends submitting requests in writing to billing@quantic.edu to ensure timely processing. Tuition refunds are processed within 30 days of the withdrawal or dismissal. Refunds will be issued to the payment method on file. If payment was made through a third-party direct pay provider (i.e. Klarna), the refund will be issued back through the provider. Please be sure to check the refund policy & procedures with the provider directly.


Students withdrawing due to active duty military service should contact Quantic for additional information regarding their tuition and account options.


Refund amounts are based on the total amount of tuition stated in the student’s enrollment agreement (“Total Tuition”), regardless of how much has been paid by the student at the time of withdrawal or dismissal.
